TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR PURCHASE OR CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DEARLY DESIRE FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.
SECTION 20 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dearly Desire and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable to you.
