What the package looks like
Every order is overboxed. That means two layers:
- Inside: your items are wrapped in tissue and tucked into our blush box.
- Outside: that box is sealed inside a second, completely plain outer mailer.
There's no branding, no product names and nothing on the outside that hints at what's inside.
What's on the label
Only what the carrier needs: your name and address, and a neutral sender name. No "Dearly Desire", no product descriptions.
What shows on your bank statement
Your statement shows a discreet business name — never the products you bought.
How long does it take?
Orders are packed by hand and normally processed within 1–3 business days, then shipped with tracking. Delivery time depends on the shipping method and your location; the estimate shown at checkout is a guide rather than a guarantee. Busy periods like holidays can add a little time. Shipping is free on orders over $75.

Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes — we use recyclable tissue, boxes and filler, with no plastic windows.
