Is the packaging really discreet?
Always. Your blush box is sealed inside a second plain outer box, with a neutral sender name on the label. Nothing on the outside hints at what's inside, and your bank statement shows a discreet name too.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Orders are packed by hand and normally processed within 1–3 business days, then shipped with tracking. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. Shipping is free on orders over $75.
Can I return something?
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery — email us first for return instructions. For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products can't be returned, but message us and we'll always try to help.
